5jdl Terms & Conditions

To register and use 5jdl, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of play.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under applicable laws.
• You are not registering on behalf of another person.
• You are not excluded from gambling under any self-exclusion programme.

We apply a strict 21+ age policy across the entire platform. If we have reasonable grounds to believe an account is operated by someone under 21, the account will be suspended immediately and investigated. Any funds in the account will be handled in accordance with our investigation findings. We cooperate fully with any inquiry into underage play.

Age verification may be requested at any point during your use of the platform, not only at registration. Failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

Each person may register and maintain only one account on 5jdl. Operating multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed. Any balance held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. This includes your registered Philippine mobile number, which is used for OTP authentication on sensitive account actions.

• Your account credentials are personal and must not be shared with any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account login.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 5jdl support immediately.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy review in line with platform policy.

KYC Verification: Before processing your first withdrawal, 5jdl requires identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC). This typically involves submitting a government-issued Philippine ID and a selfie for confirmation. Until KYC is completed, withdrawal requests cannot be processed. Completing KYC early is strongly recommended.

All financial transactions on 5jdl are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). Foreign currency transactions, cryptocurrency, and credit card payments are not accepted for gaming deposits or withdrawals.

Accepted channels for deposits and withdrawals include Philippine bank transfer, Instapay, PESONet, and local e-wallets. • Deposits are generally credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment channel.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same channel used for deposits where operationally possible.
• Withdrawal requests require a verified account. Unverified accounts cannot withdraw funds.
• 5jdl does not charge internal processing fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees.
• Any funds deposited that are linked to fraudulent activity may be held or returned without processing.

5jdl reserves the right to request documentation supporting the source of funds for large or unusual transactions. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure and does not imply any accusation against the player.

All bets placed on 5jdl are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sports market. These rules are accessible from within each product section of the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm you have reviewed and accepted the applicable rules for that bet.

• Pre-match bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet was accepted.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability and may be suspended at any time during an event.
• Odds are subject to change before a bet is fully accepted and confirmed. The odds shown at confirmation are the final odds applied.
• 5jdl reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a technical error, obvious pricing error, or manipulation of events.
• Bets placed on events affected by corruption, match-fixing, or irregularities may be voided at 5jdl's discretion.

Prohibited Activity: Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets is strictly prohibited. Arbitrage betting strategies that exploit pricing differences in a way that circumvents the spirit of fair gaming may result in bet voidance and account review. Any evidence of collusion or manipulation will result in immediate suspension.

For live casino, slots, poker, and eBingo, game-specific rules govern all outcomes. Game results are determined by certified systems. If a technical fault affects a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned.

5jdl may offer bonuses, promotional credits, cashback, or other incentives to registered players. Each offer is subject to specific terms stated at the time of the promotion. These Terms provide the general framework; offer-specific terms take precedence where relevant.

• Bonus credits are distinct from real money until any applicable qualifying conditions are met.

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim multiple accounts' worth of bonuses using related identities constitutes abuse.

• Any bonus credited as a result of fraudulent activity, exploitation of system errors, or abuse will be forfeited, and the account may be suspended.

• Bonus abuse or multi-accounting.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within reasonable timeframes.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, we will aim to communicate the reason and expected timeline to the registered contact. Accounts closed for confirmed Terms violations may have funds forfeited where those funds were directly connected to the violation. Where funds are legitimately held at closure, they will be returned to a verified Philippine account in PHP.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting 5jdl support through the platform dashboard. Any pending withdrawals at the time of voluntary closure will be processed normally to the verified account.

5jdl may amend these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, we will publish the updated Terms on the platform and, where possible, notify registered players through account notifications. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 5jdl platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity, the English version is the authoritative version. These Terms are governed by applicable Philippine law. Any disputes arising from your use of 5jdl will be addressed through 5jdl's internal dispute resolution process in the first instance.
